Diabetes Training Camp is committed to helping more people living with diabetes learn life-changing strategies and skills to use exercise and an active lifestyle to help manage their disease and THRIVE.
The DTC scholarship program is available to those who may need financial assistance to get to our Teen or Adult camp. We provide scholarships at all levels based on need- anywhere from quarter scholarships up to full scholarships. The scholarship process for 2024 is now closed. Check back to see when applications open for 2025.

FAQs About Schoarships
Both parents and their teens must complete their specific application to be considered for a scholarship. The link to both applications can be found above.
We recognize that your decision to attend camp might depend on financial aid. However, camps do fill up and we’d hate for you to miss out.
We suggest registering for camp ASAP and pay the $100 deposit. This will reserve your slot at camp. If you receive a scholarship, it will be applied to the balance owed.
Scholarship applications are reviewed beginning in early March. You will hear about your scholarship status by mid-April.
The DTC Foundation’s Scholarship Program is designed to financially assist campers who may not be able to afford the registration fee.

Please note: Campers who have received a scholarship from the Diabetes Training Camp cannot apply for a scholarship the following year. Individuals will not be awarded scholarships in consecutive years.
