Conor Smith

Conor was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 40. Prior to his diagnosis, Conor was active; however, getting T1D and coming to Diabetes Training Camp ignited his fire for endurance sports. Conor has completed many endurance events and triathlons, including several Ironman 70.3 distances and a full Ironman in Madison, WI – one of North America’s most challenging courses. Conor is passionate about exercise being the most important prescription a person with diabetes can take.

Professionally, Conor works for The Hoffman Institute as a Hoffman Teacher and Coach and has an Executive Coaching and Conscious Leadership firm, Aligned and Aware, LLC. Conor holds a BA degree from King’s College and an MBA from Penn State University.
