Meg was a top high school distance runner and competed at the University of Virginia on a full running scholarship. After graduation she decided to follow her passion for mental wellness and exercise. She attended Temple University and received a master’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport & Exercise Psychology and then started a career as a Mental Performance Coach. Meg’s approach is to utilize evidence-based strategies grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help athletes address challenges of anxiety, focus, low confidence, and injury recovery. She is also a former schoolteacher and really enjoys sharing her passion with others. She has spent many hours on the track and road and her love for running earned her an All-American runner recognition. Meg specializes in helping athletes and exercisers of all ages and abilities develop a strong and healthy mindset to help them reach their athletic goals.
